ABOUT THE CONFERENCE Why Pathways Exists

Pathways: Mental Health Conference was created with one purpose: to support, celebrate, and strengthen the next generation of mental-health providers.

Mental health is changing rapidly, constantly, and sometimes unpredictably. New providers are stepping into a field that demands clinical skill, emotional resilience, cultural humility, and human connection. Pathways was designed to bridge that gap: a space where learning feels energizing, practical, and deeply rooted in real-world experience.

Our theme, Learn. Lead. Care., reflects the heart of the work we do every day.

We Learn from one another, across pathways, across roles, across lived experience.

We Lead by staying curious, humble, and brave in the face of change.

And we Care, not just for our clients, but for ourselves and the teams around us.

This conference brings together therapists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, administrators, and leaders from across Florida to grow together. Through four dynamic sessions, hands-on discussion, and thoughtful storytelling, attendees will walk away with tools they can use immediately in their practice.

Pathways isn’t just an event. It’s a commitment to growth, to excellence, and to the people who do this work with heart.

WHO WE ARE About Elite DNA Behavioral Health

Elite DNA Behavioral Health is one of Florida’s largest and most trusted providers of behavioral-health services. With more than 1,000 employees and over 600 licensed clinicians across the state, our mission is simple: make high-quality mental-health care accessible to every community we serve.

We offer therapy, psychiatry, psychological testing, autism and developmental services, care coordination, and specialized programs for children, adults, and families. Our approach combines evidence-based treatment with compassion, cultural humility, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.

What sets Elite DNA apart is the human side of our work.
We believe in supporting providers just as much as we support patients.
Pathways is an extension of that philosophy—an investment in the people who show up every day for those who need them most.

The conference supported by clinical and administrative leaders across the organization, all working together to create a conference centered on belonging, clarity, learning, and growth.
